Study sizes were far too small.

You need around 300, at the minimum, who complete the study arm and placebo arm. Preferred is 1,000.

This is had 34 complete the study arm (barely enough for a normalized sample set but in pharmaceuticals, 1,000 is the preferred study arm).

We have quite a few studies on Ivermectin - most show no benefit.

However, this preprint study is promising. Why? It's a true RCT. That's the type of quality study needed.
