I don't see that that's relevant given that the virus doesn't exist.
The isolates and sequences of all viruses are all made by the same machines from Illumina and MGI (example: https://www.omnia-health.com/product/mgiseq-2000). There is no reason to assume that SARS-CoV-2 is so special that you need a special isolation procedure to sequence it. Either these machines fail completely for all viruses, or they work for SARS-CoV-2 and all other viruses (in the latter case we have 5.5 million sequences from SARS-CoV-2 isolates - and counting).
If you assume that no virus exists, then everything they tell us about the immune system is wrong. In this case you have to ignore any study and paper about the vaccines because they are based on false assumptions.
