We do know for sure. It's bs. We have the video in question. The female nurse (not male like in the post) only discussed the placebo and not cancer. She never showed the vials like the post says, and never mentioned three numbers, only two.

Apparently the vaccines from Pzifer, Moderna, J&J and AstraZeneca are all approved for use in Slovenia, so if there is any truth to this it may have been helpful to disclose who manufactured the doses he is talking about.
