What about customers of a business? I am sure Costco or Sam's club or other similar businesses have more than 100 employees, are customers required to wear masks or vax or test?

The OSHA rule doesn't mandate that companies require proof of vax from their customers. At least not yet. It could certainly be amended to include that.

Most of the stores have 200-400 employees. This rule isn’t just about location if you own multiple small businesses and it totals more then 100 employees you have the mandate.

Those workers have been exposed to 100’s of thousands of customers since the beginning and now they’re concerned about them. Not even masks until May.
