It's not smart to confront them at your own home/business because you might win that confrontation but they're just going to send the thugs round another time. Better to get id from them, find out where they work or live and slash tires, leave a note etc. Fully masked of course. Doesn't have to be violent to really scare these people, we need to get to the point where they are scared to go to work.
