Break the rubber valve stem off of the rim by stepping on it with your toe, the tire needs to come off the rim to replace it. Even if you did just unscrew the cores, how would they reinflate all 4 tires at once?

if your able to break the valve stem off just by stepping on it, that tire was close to being replaced anyway.
