Same as that YouTuber from Portland that documented the stupid college board meetings and antics/blm. He got surrounded, pulled his weapon and backed up a block to the police line. The cuffed him and let him go.
Then the DA found out who he was and slapped 50 charges on him it made news, he got a plea deal of no videos or attending protests for 5 years. Clearly unconstitutional but he was facing life in prison, while trying to prtect himself from a mob, no shots fired.
