Genetics are so varied, they can never develop a vaccine that replicates the original outcome in all outcomes. they aren't that good. When they develop a pill, there is always a disclaimer: may cause stomach pain, diarrhea , vomiting....... etc. they can not know how it will affect every single person, .it's all bullshit and there is another motivation.
