EDIT: Super important to point out that Pfizer, BioNTech, Moderna, Janssen, and AstraZeneca injections all contain the exact same mechanism of action. I personally do not conclude that this is an AZ thing, and I believe that UK has been using several different shots.
Pfizer, BioNTech, and Moderna all deliver mRNA to the cell through the fat particle which then makes S protein. Janssen and AstraZeneca deliver a DNA molecule instead of RNA, but once inside the cell DNA gets transcribed into... RNA which then makes the same S protein as above. With every damn one of these you'll get in the west ends up as RNA to make spike protein in your ribosomes - you may count on this. S protein is toxic as fuck. Don't inject that shit.
