it might fall under fraud laws, the CDC has no authority but you would defraud the airline if you flew against their policies. not saying its anything good but thats probably the legal precedent
There is No crime committed when they cannot prove the entire 'Covid' LIE. The Test is a lie, the Case is a lie and they have not proven the Vaxx. Works. So 'card' is a childish shield of a Lie.
