What are the legal repercussions, and has anyone here submitted a fake one to their employer to keep their job? I work for a private healthcare company, and they are now requiring the shot. Deadline is end of october. I can't lose this job, I also dont want to go to jail. In both cases I'll be homeless and wifeless.

THE KEYWORD IS "FIRE," NOT "QUIT".

It sure as hell is. Make them fire you and then get a lawyer to sue them for it while collecting unemployment. If you blink and get the jab, you die. If you fake a passport card your broke the law. If you quit you can't collect unemployment or sue them.

The EEOC has already stated no unemployment for refusing the vax, it’s for “with cause”. I believe Wisconsin is trying to pass a state law to protect the fired.
