Tell everyone that you are getting your first shot on a Friday, call in to work on Monday with “not feeling well” come back to work Tuesday complaint about a fever and soreness but no big deal.
Repeat two weeks later.
Unless they require you to show the card this should work. Other wise, make a card and laminate it to cover the thickness and you are on record with the company of having been sick twice after taking the shot.

If you go this route, you will have to keep doing this every 6-12 months as they release boosters and you're putting yourself at higher risk of getting caught. If it's not the doctor that turns you in, it's your job as they verify if the cards are real or not which case you will likely pay the price for lying which will likely mean no job, no wife, large fine and maybe jail.
Best bet is to start a business and or move to a state that is banning vax mandates and passports.

Here’s the thing. My GF or maybe wife(I don’t say online) have been together since we weee 21, were over thirty but under 40, so we’ve been through a lot together especially since we met when I was in the military and deployed a couple times.
She hates change, will cause huge arguments about it, since her mom was a druggie and they constantly moved and she had to start new schools, make new friends etc. it’s basically the only thing we fight about. And I understand why she acts like that.
But when the time comes I say get in the car or this is what we’re doing get with the program she does because no matter how much she has argued in the past she wants to be with me wherever.
Our latest argument first one in a year. I said if Oregon goes full retard this winter and implements that supposed plan for people 65+ having to go to “secure zones”(my mom is 80 and lives with us) and the disabled/immunocompromised have to go as well(a young relative who lives with as well), we’re leaving.
Nobody I know is going to a “camp” until 100% are vaccinated and there’s 0 covid cases.
I work from home, she can transfer to a red state but probably not to the same department. It turns into a huge fight, still fighting now.
But for all the bitching, when the time comes she’ll be in the car ready to go.

Well....to clarify she wouldn't leave me over it if I got fired, would just be massively pissed. Currently working on getting a religious exemption, who knows how long itll be good for though. I just need to buy some time. The more the better. My last ditch effort would be to just take pfizer seeing as though that's what they're forcing onto the military, not that that means much.

The trick is to make a card for a place that doesn't have a database that connects to anyone. Vaccination pop up stations are ideal.
The way it works is this...
Find the smallest hole in the wall pharmacy near you.
Find a lot number that hasn't expired yet. All manufacturers have an expiry check website.
Make an appointment, there.
Go there. Check in on Facebook, Four Square, Yelp... whatever.
Get the cotton ball and tape and put it on your arm.
Take a picture of yourself with the card coming out of the clinic.
Obviously, don't actually get the shot.
Then, call in sick for a day, saying the shot made you feel terrible.
Upload your card to your doctor via your medical insurance, who will then upload it to the state database.
I use 45 pound paper and a Laserjet printer. I use a paper cutter for the clean cuts.
