I work at an orthopaedic office branch. They're requiring all employees to get the vaccine by the end of october. They're allowing religious and medical exemptions for now, but to get a religious one you must actually prove it with an address and phone # of where you practice at, where it says you cant get vaccinated, and a signature from a religious leader. I'm an asatruar, but I don't know of any sources that would exempt me, plus I dont belong to an organization. I can't lose this job. I'm currently living paycheck to paycheck trying to keep up with rent/bills/food etc. I also have a wife and future family to take care of. I work in healthcare, so no matter where I go in this field they'll require it. I'm recently graduated so a career change is out of the question for me at the moment. I'm thinking of faking my card and sending it to my employer, but I'm afraid I might get caught. Does anyone have any suggestions or is in the same situation? I'm panicking.

Become a Christian scientist. They have chapters all over

Seems extreme, what state. Religious exemptions can be a “sincerely held belief” and you don’t have to belong to an organized religion.

Even the EEOC states this.

Yup contact a lawyer, they’ve gone overboard like some of the colleges who had to scale it back.

Yeah I'm still gonna weigh my options before I get a lawyer. Seriously considering faking it or going on strike. Alot of people in my workplace are pissed about it, even some of the vaxxed think it's wrong. It's in PA by the way.

You don’t have to sue, a lawyer can just send a letter that they’re violating title Vii of the civil rights act and that’s usually enough to get them back in line.

Religious exemptions

So you’re not a particularly religious person? Doesn’t matter. You don’t need a pastor’s sign-off, church attendance records, or anything else to assert your right to exercise your freedom of conscience. And here’s some ammo.

Barnes shared a listener’s hypothetical letter to an employer, which read in part: “Covid vaccines [are] derived from protein testing using the abortion-derived cell line HEK-293. Partaking in a vaccine made from aborted fetuses makes me complicit in an action that offends my religious faith. As such, I cannot, in good conscience and in accord with my religious faith, take any such Covid vaccine at this time. Please provide a reasonable accommodation to my belief, as I wish to continue to be a good employee, helpful to the team.”

Barnes said on his program “Viva and Barnes Law for the People” on Locals.com and Rumble that there’s an array of actual and planned lawsuits by people who have been threatened with job loss, mask mandates, and less freedom.

Many employers have reconsidered issuing such a mandate after more fruitful review with legal counsel, insurance providers, and public opinion advisors of the desires of employees and the consuming public. Even the Kaiser Foundation warned of the legal risk in this respect. (https://www.kff.org/coronavirus-covid-19/issue-brief/key-questions-about-covid-19-vaccine-mandates/)

What's your plan for when the Zogbots come to arrest you for faking the papers?

a coworker of mine faked her daughter's card so that she could get into college. Are they really gonna be that thorough with checking lot #'s? Besides we'll all wind up in the gulags at some point let's face it, I'm just trying to buy time.

This is where the going gets tough. You have to make a decision.

Take the mrna jab and infinite booster shots while living with potential side affects on short and long term health and still carry all the risk of catching and dying of covid or change careers to make ends meet and figure out a place you can work that wont require it. Nobody can make that decision for you but i hope whatever happens turns out in your favor. I'll quit my current employer and take less money doing something else if i cant find work in my field before i do the jab though. I would prepare and line up other opportunities and run down the clock. The situation may be markedly different in two months.
