The law was never on "our" side and clearly it is only there to benefit those who clearly aren't bound by it. They have been openly breaking any and all laws in our face for a long time now and there is really only one remedy for this and it is not pleasant but better than the alternative. There are lines that they cross that are not acceptable and forced jabs is one of them for many people.
