Was noticing a local discussion about getting the shot without providing name, etc. and many explained that they didn't have to, how they've gotten it by just coming in and giving some basic demographic info. So they really aren't keeping any kind of comprehensive database of who's gotten the shot. Thus, if they ever want to require proof of it, they're going to have to do a medical test on people somehow to see whether they got the vaccine, or just take their word for it. Someone could have lost their card, etc.

Or they'll just be requiring further shots for which they'll employ a more careful documentation process.

They’re only state wide databases, and not every state has one. And even within the states that do have databases, not all doctors or vaccination sites participate. There’s literally no way for them to tell if you’re vaccinated or not unless you live in a state with a database, and even then there’s no telling for sure

The relevant part here is that they can't show that you aren't vaccinated. If they want to force it on you you could call their bluff. "I don't want to get vaccinated twice."
