Was noticing a local discussion about getting the shot without providing name, etc. and many explained that they didn't have to, how they've gotten it by just coming in and giving some basic demographic info. So they really aren't keeping any kind of comprehensive database of who's gotten the shot. Thus, if they ever want to require proof of it, they're going to have to do a medical test on people somehow to see whether they got the vaccine, or just take their word for it. Someone could have lost their card, etc.

Or they'll just be requiring further shots for which they'll employ a more careful documentation process.

A co-worker got his at the university campus he works on. He said, no questionnaire, no ID required. Signed up, waited, got the shot.

If there is a database, it isn't a secure, verifiable, one.
