Was noticing a local discussion about getting the shot without providing name, etc. and many explained that they didn't have to, how they've gotten it by just coming in and giving some basic demographic info. So they really aren't keeping any kind of comprehensive database of who's gotten the shot. Thus, if they ever want to require proof of it, they're going to have to do a medical test on people somehow to see whether they got the vaccine, or just take their word for it. Someone could have lost their card, etc.

Or they'll just be requiring further shots for which they'll employ a more careful documentation process.

My hospital emailed us all telling us to fill out a questionnaire about our vaccination status and requested that we check the box to allow them to check the state database. So it seems there is some kind of record, but I don’t think that’s true in all cases.

Needless to say my fellow unvaxxable friend and I didn’t reply to that bullshit.

They're not going to check anything but the paperwork itself.

Either let them incorrectly give you a vaxx card, implicitly supporting the bullshit, or refuse to give any legitimacy to it, including refusing to get a card even though you didn't get the vaxx.
