that doesnt absolve the company of the liabilities created by said policy
Read the whole article: You can opt out for religious beliefs:
Employer: "So are you Jewish, Christian, Muslim?" (Totally illegal to ask, I'm pretty sure).
Me: "Let's just say I'm not a Luciferian and keep it at that."
Employer: "Excluding yourself from one group doesn't tell me that your religious beliefs require you to avoid vaccination."
Me: "My religious beliefs tell me that you're an unwitting agent of Satan and are helping to propel the citizenry to Godless Global Communism. Go fuck yourself. See you in court."
im blessed to have the job and the boss ive got.
she doesnt believe a word of any of it, knows fucky stuff is going on, and had my back.
i did get an email stating last week about making sure i check in with QR codes which i do not do and have told them i will have absolutely no part in any kind of social experiment announced or otherwise and wont be checking in testing or vaccinating.
Funnily enough the day i got that email, a student came in for the first class of the morning about... maybe 2 minutes after i arrived, and said they spotted a federal government crested car in the carpark, which was next to empty when i arrived, and were gone by the time i went down to have a look.
If the fuckers show up in the middle of class i shit you not, i will fucking run them right out. They attempt to get anyone elses info im straight up "My fucking class, im legally responsible for these people, you come to me, not them. You wanna fucken charge anyone for anything you try and charge me."
no they dont.
medical discrimination laws are a thing. have been a thing since the mid 40s.
This is GREAT! If a company can say "no unvaccinated" then they can say "no blacks" or "no women" or "no gays".
Accelerationnnnnn
