Other than a couple cases that have made national news, employers are asking for self-reported "vaccination status." It's all for virtue signaling. Employers just want to be able to tell their customers that everyone has had the shot, and CYA in case someone tries to sue them. They don't actually give a crap about employee health, which is nothing new.

Nobody is enforcing Constitutional law, that's why. Not the Police, Judges, Sheriffs, anyone. And a majority of "we the people" are too stupid and ignorant to even know it!
