Does anyone have an email or statement from the airlines that backs up this claim? You guys try and say news is fake (which it is) but then believe whatever a news anchor says when it fits your narrative. This should be downvoted because it gives no evidence. Just because a news agency says it, doesn’t make it so. I’d love to believe this because it fits my narrative as well. That’s why I checked and can only come up with rumor…no evidence of airlines making this statement. Actually, the only official airlines statements I can dig up claim the opposite. Please, include link in comments if you can prove otherwise.
