Aright... cow dung is not the same as human dung, the difference in diet matters a lot. Cow dung is essentially peat, it's cellulose stripped of all the carbohydrates. You can use it as a building material (ingredient in cob), fuel (typically in places wood isn't easily found) and as a poultice (used throughout europe prior to the 19th century).
I'm sketchy about the idea that it prevents covid, but it does have a lot of uses.
