We sit here with the advantage of hindsight looking backwards at a wasted year. Covid is a part of us now and its time for us to challenge the opinions we were assigned by the media.

The facts and figures i reference have all been obtained through maine CDC. You can imagine the governments reluctance to provide me with this information. Comparing apples to apples took quite a bit of effort but it must be done. The truth will set us free.

To conduct our analysis we needed data surrounding caseload, deaths, hospitalizations, asymptomatic infection, and age. The data was packaged in such a way as to make nearly useless. My attempts to seek clarity were met with obfuscation.

How exactly are asymptomatic infections counted or calculated? We do not know! The party line is that asymptomatic transmission is common but cannot be measured. The reason you have to wear a mask is because of “asymptomatic transmission” but how many times has that happened? Consider the civil rights we lost because of an unproven theory and an overabundance of caution. It’s been over a year with no end in sight.

Maine CDC groups hospitalizations together from age 0 to 50. A new born baby is in the same category as it's grandmother. They consider 25 minutes in the emergency room obtaining medicine the same as spending three weeks in the ICU on a ventilator at death’s door.

We know over 44,400 people under the age of 50 have tested positive according to the data I was provided. Now out of 40,000 (how many were asymptomatic?) people only 203 needed to go to the hospital. Out of those 203 only 14 died. That means 42,223 people under 50 only experienced the inconvenience of being sick.

The first reason why I chose to decline the vaccine is the most scientific. The data clearly proves the virus is not dangerous for the VAST majority of us.

Second reason is based on the government withholding data. Main CDC was unable to provide me any with information about vaccination numbers and the related side effects. How many people under 50 have reported complications from their vaccine? Their data proves the odds of someone in their 30s dying from Covid are 1 in 10,000. What are the odds someone would have a side effect from an experimental vaccine?

What I find most appalling is the sizable percentage of folks who think I should be forced to submit because they “believe in science”. You can’t challenge a belief because people become hysterical. Submitting to the government is literally a religious belief for certain people and their religion is threatening my individual liberty.

The climate surrounding all this reminds me of the post 9/11 surge in patriotic authoritarianism, if you’re old enough to remember, you know exactly what I’m talking about. They want us masked and isolated. Once the government takes your rights you don’t get them back. We are all in this together, our obedience is simply prolonging the nightmare.
