Unless it's a hospital many labs are private and who knows he may have a friend that works where they do drug testing where the machine can read all the chemicals in a sample and if also has access to a electron microscope or other equipment. Maybe he knows a person with access to a college lab at night to run the testing with someone that distrusts the government or lost someone to that evil death vaccine and also needs to know the truth. I trust that private or non government labs are often where hospitals send out labs for testing that are privately owned and are there for drs with private practices as in a single office that do not want to pay the extravagant fees the hospitals charge non connected practices.
