The jab is an rna vaccine that changes the instructions in some of your cells to produce a synthetic spike protein that is similar to *what we think* the virus has. This spike causes a lot of issues like brain swelling. The idea is to train the immune system to attack the spike protein. Two problems: you can't always turn off the spike protein production so your body will be fighting it until you die and you start spreading it to people around you, or your white blood cells start attacking natural protein like the ones found in reproductive cells because they are similar enough.
