Good chance of that. But if not and we still need an explanation for what it is I wouldn't rule out embryonic cells. How do they make this RNA? Clearly they need to use some kind of organism as a factory for it. Then how do you separate the two? Likely some process that breaks most of the cells, but likely not all.
