2 hours isn’t a reasonable distance to drive to a grocery store.
So yes or no, do you legitimately think anyone in the US could not drive a reasonable distance to visit a store where owners/management wouldn’t enforce a mask?
Do you actually think there was anywhere in the country where absurd behavior to insist on paying the owners who did would make more sense than giving the same money to owners who didn’t?
