Just from the tweet it seems that they had a contract with Starbucks. Also lots of evil fucking companies do this shit. IIRC Pepsi had/has a bottling plant in LA and Dessani is just LA tap water as well.

Being that it was sold at woke Starbucks it was supposed to be extra pure / green or some shit. I knew so many vapid cunts who would tout those bottles around thinking they looked cool. Truth is they were carrying around tap water.

Sure, but was that worldwide, or just in that area? Starbucks operates in a lot of places.

For that matter, the area of France Perrier is from is pretty arid, should they not be selling water either.

Again... I don't see why it's evil for pepsi to sell me water in a bottle but fine for the government to sell me water in a pipe.

Pretty sure I've seen that brand before and it's at least the continental US.

Green it is not but I don't care what those baguette sucking fags do, it's not my water or my taxes.

"What's so evil about deceptive marketing, price gauging and exploiting a tax subsidized public works system for huge profits goy?!"

Hmmm, ok, if they're shipping it to places with plenty of water then that's pretty jewey. At least with Dasani they just use local water.

That's fair.

I'm not familiar with the brand, never seen it before. What deceptive things are they saying?

price gauging

I don't recognise price gouging as thing. If people are willing to pay a lot of money for luxury water then they've decided it's a fair price. If I don't think it's fair I won't buy it and it's not my problem.

and exploiting a tax subsidized public works system for huge profits goy?!"

Ok, that's fair enough if it's literally just tapwater and they're paying below it's worth because grafts. The problem in that equation though is the subsidised public works system. Take that out of the picture and there's no potential for corruption.
