The kid raped a girl and was found guilty of doing so. I am not familiar with the case but at a bare minimum he should be spending time in jail and community service/probation for a few years. Rather, the Judge decided about 170 days in jail was enough and overturned the case.

The Illinois Courts Commission removed Adams County Judge Robert Adrian from the bench Friday after it held a three-day hearing in Chicago following a complaint against him.

Adrian had found then-18-year-old Drew Clinton of Taylor, Michigan, guilty of sexually assaulting 16-year-old Cameron Vaughan during a May 2021 graduation party in October 2021."

One can hope. It seems like every politician that comes out of that state is as corrupt as the day is long (im thinking one of those parts of the world where the sun does not set for weeks if not months).
