Headline is misleading. They are just asking for a date to be set, not asking for him to go to prison before testimony is given. Still, it is odd and probably inappropriate given that his appeal is ongoing and he is set to testify against the bidens. I'm sure they would like to get him locked away and shut him up.

Perfect place for him to "commit Suicide when the TV cameras are not functioning due to some glitch and guards are sleeping". Yep, if he is incarcerated, his days are definitely numbered.

The sad part is he will have more protection from the inmates than he would from the guards.
