Years ago I rode my motorcycle through Nevada. Stopped in Las Vegas for four or five days (hard to remember). Learned I could ride with no helmet, so I tried it.
Never again.
The wind was ridiculous and a huge distraction. Yeah, I see how some bikers could get used to it, but it still seems like a terrible idea. I don't care if riding helmetless or with one of those tiny brain buckets looks cool. I've been riding bikes for nearly 40 years and I find a full helmet allows me to focus more on the riding and potential dangers.
