Ivermectin is used a lot in apefrican countries and other third-world places to treat parasitic infections. It doesn't seem to be hurting their abilities to pump out units.

Hard to say, it really needs some major studies to see what all this drug can do for us.
Any anti‐parasitic treatment will probably help with cancer. Baking soda alone might cure it.
