The NIH is considering Ivermectin as a possible antiviral therapy for COVID-19 (www.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov)

Ivermectin is an antiparasitic drug that is being evaluated to treat COVID-19.

It’s listed on their antivirals page along with the patented drugs Remdesivir, Mulnupiravir, and Paxlovid. They have a whole page of information on it.

It’s not officially approved for use yet, but they wouldn’t even acknowledge this drug existed a year ago. Something is going on.

Ivermectin cream is used for some skin conditions. The non-generic tube costs $432 for 30 grams (drugs.com) of 1% solution. Meanwhile Ivermectin paste for horses is $13 an ounce (amazon.com)for 1.87%. Making drugs for humans requires more strict production controls but the mark-up is enormous.
