He's clearly been debating a lot trying to get people to wake up. But he goes too fast for someone who doesn't already know everything he is talking about. He rattles off a lot of complicated ideas. It's entertaining but not effective. Which is unfortunate. But as someone who has heard it all before and agrees I find it very enjoyable. He condensed what could be a dissertation into a few minutes.

He's reading a text in front of him, look at this eyes going from left to right. And he certainly didn't just improvised his speech, he wrote it down, repeated, lots of repetitions before the final take. You too can do that, and yes it takes time and efforts
