How does one get this done in a way that it will stand up to scrutiny? Any experiences? And don’t dox yourself, thx.

Have a conditional acceptance letter drafted and notorized, and also serve a tort trespass

Find a blank card online. Then use someone's selfie with there card for the lot number.

I use the VAERS database to get lot numbers.

I simply print the cards out on stock paper with a laser printer and fill them in.

Simple as.
