That's one of the side-effects of all vaccines, which of course they don't tell you about. Because your immune system is depressed after a vaccine, you are both more likely to get sick and get an reactivation of a dormant virus shortly after it.

I have seen this in an older gentleman getting shingles which will not go away. He was vaccinated for shingles years ago, and vaxed up for covid. Now he has permanent neuropathy from shingles.
