This is the result:

Where in the absolute fuck are they get 70%? You can't just make numbers up and hope it sticks. Either the author is an absolute idiot or they are a liar.

-5% difference between remdesivir and ivermectin, however, is a significant difference especially since their p value is < 0.0001 when statistical significance was set at .05.

Good on you, OP, for not repeating the 70% from the article. Stick to the peer reviewed, published studies. Don't repeat the bullshit from these liar blogger types.

No, that's incorrect.

The actual study says -5.224% between Ivermectin and Remdesivir.

"OR 0.308" is the odds ratio. That's what the OR stands for.

Which means it is a low probability outcome event. What that means is that Ivermectin has a low probability of reducing COVID-19 mortality. But when it does work, compared to Remdesivir, it reduces mortality more than Remdesivir.
