No, that's incorrect.
The actual study says -5.224% between Ivermectin and Remdesivir.
"OR 0.308" is the odds ratio. That's what the OR stands for.

Which means it is a low probability outcome event. What that means is that Ivermectin has a low probability of reducing COVID-19 mortality. But when it does work, compared to Remdesivir, it reduces mortality more than Remdesivir.
