There's lists of suppliments to help limit the negative effects from the clot shot. Mostly a multi vitamin.

I don't really live with my family and they won't take anything I give them but instead they're taking shots like good useless idiots. If they do wind up with AIDS, I fear I'll wind up having to care for a big chunk of my family.
