People who would get the shot are the type to be tested. More people have had the shot than not.

But until everyone has the clotshot, them that "have had the shot" will continue to drop like filies, since everyone knows that for any vaccine to be effective...everyone has to have it, because that's how the Flu, Pneumonia, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio, Hepatitis, Smallpox, Chickenpox, and Mumps vaccines work...right?

I meant that the numbers should always show people with the shot higher. When talking about death you also have the people closer to death will tend to get the shot.
