Fwiw. I know a guy about age 30, a semi-professional singer, who developed a breathing problem last year. He went to the doctor and tested positive for whatever is being called Covid-19. Imaging revealed he has blood clots on his right lung. He's had it for months now, and the doctor is calling it "long covid". He is not vaccinated, and is passionately anti-vax.

Doctors just assume any lung damage is Covid now. It's just as likely he breathed in fiberglass dust or some pyrotechnic compound and that damaged his lung.
