We’re putting in a permanent mask mandate but permanent doesn’t mean permanent, just until hospital admissions go down. The vaccine is safe and effective but you can still catch and transmit covid and the vaxxed individuals that have comorbidities can still die, so masks are necessary oh and it’s a 500 dollar fine if you don’t wear one. This is the excuse they put out. Sounds real safe and effective.
