From another source they stated instead of just staying the mandate and sending it back down to a lower court for trial they may toss it on the spot and that takes time to write.
They’re making a special announcement on a ruling tomorrow which is unusual, they usually do it on Tuesday’s or Wednesday’s.
It doesn't take time to write. They could literally write "Biden and OSHA have no authority to issue any such mandate. Furthermore the mandates are unconstitutional no matter whom mandates them. FJB"
They could but when was the last time they did that. If we were on the court poal would’ve struck it down as soon as we sat down even before hearing a single argument.
