SCOTUS has scheduled one hour of oral argument on the OSHA mandate, Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST. A second hour of oral argument on the CMS mandate for healthcare workers will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. EST.

That’s what I’m afraid of but still retain a little hope since the rule is so utterly dumb. Over 100 employees as per the date announced, if you’re now at 90 employees you still have to comply. Why?

But if you where at 90 employees before the announcement you don’t.
