I have a headache and some real gnarly bodyaches in my back, hips and knees. Bodyaches are a little better, but headache has not improved. If you don’t hear back from me in a day or two, you can assume I died or just got sick of you faggots.

>Keep hydrated too. Sometimes if you do not drink enough H2O can cause headaches (not often). I read somewhere that are brain synapses which is surrounded by fat. If you get too dehydrated could cause headaches because fat is water soluble. Then again make sure you do not over hydrate either.
