Ask the vaccination provider which version is being administered:

• potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sucrose OR • tromethamine, tromethamine hydrochloride, and sucrose

There is also one difference between the FDA Comirnaty vials and the EUA Pfizer-BioNtech (BNT162b2) " COMIRNATY and BNT162b2 (V8) have identical amino acid sequences of the encoded antigens but COMIRNATY includes the presence of optimized codons to improve antigen expression." pg 14 of 30 of the 151733 doc. https://files.catbox.moe/i85hpp.png

Interesting, I searched for that but they are denying it and doubling down that it's just to reduce acidity. I wonder why they would want to do that? https://healthfeedback.org/claimreview/tromethamine-in-the-pfizer-biontech-covid-19-vaccine-for-children-acts-to-improve-the-stability-of-the-vaccine-it-isnt-in-the-vaccine-as-a-heart-medication/

"TROMETHAMINE makes blood and urine more alkaline or less acidic. It is used to treat metabolic acidosis, a condition where the body produces too much acid or when the kidneys are not removing enough acid from the body." it reduces acidity to prevent organ damage while the patient receives the actual treatment for the condition that caused the acidosis in the first place.

If it is honestly what they say it is for why only add to the children's version? Wouldn't it be beneficial in the other version?

Well, the doctors who wrote the article said that they didn't add it for that purpose. Not sure if you read elsewhere that it was. I looked specifically for this ingredient though..
