I work at a SMB with 300-500 people. Bad news is sometimes delivered by gathering everybody together and making an announcement in person. I've heard that a very high up HR rep is scheduled to visit our site in the next week or so to discuss vax mandates. Other sites in other states have already adopted it but we haven't here.

My family and I know that this is the hill to die on, and that there's no way in hell we're getting the kike spike injected into any of us. What I'm hoping to get from this thread is your best verbal argument (one that I can't use images, movies, or other media to back up due to the format) against a mandate at this site.

I was thinking about very pointed questions regarding liability, for instance "If I am one of the unlucky ones who suffers a severe reaction to this forced vaccine and am no longer able to work and provide for my family, who is legally and financially responsible?"

I want questions that will make the guy sweat in front of everyone. There has been enough water-cooler talk between managers and employees that it may very well turn into several hundred angry voices directed at one person. I'd like to be the person to start the ruckus with some tough questions.

Thanks from your friendly, neighborhood retard.

Edit: Ah what the hell - if you have any convincing flyers I'd be interested too. Maybe I'll go print a ton of 'em and have them in-hand to put in break rooms or something.

Normal worker comp doesn't cover vaccine injury

Not necessarily true. Don't give the company an out like this. Let them make the excuses not you.

You could also mention that the OSHA mandate requires companies provide reasonable time off for recovering from side effects. I have a (neighbor/cousin/whoever) with side effects currently stopping them from going to work two months after they received their second shot. How will the company pay for this and how will my already short staffed department deal with losing another employee at random while still having to pay full salary and benefits?
