Not sure, but how often do you really need to go in a government building? I have heard of people needing negative tests to go back to work where I am at (or you have to wait an extended time to go back). As far as going to concerts and sports, I think you're a sheeple for be willing to submit to a test for that. Even for air travel really. Of course some sheeple just want to know. As if it makes any difference. As my doctor once told me about a test another doctor had recommended. "I don't know why he ordered this test, no matter which result you have the treatment is the same". I feel that applies very well to this omicron madness.
