“[T]here is nothing concrete about the phrase ‘most often’, in fact, its inclusion in this specific context clearly seems to suggest that the MOH considers the definition of terminal illness to be subjective and open to interpretation.”

In the broadest term, life is a terminal illness, there is no treatment (so far) that can avoid death.

NGL, I kinda like the mental image of Jacinda Ardern strapped down to gurney as a masked doctor walks into the room holding a large filled syringe, locks the door, and then slowly approaches her with a purposeful look in his eyes.

"You don't remember me. And there's absolutely no reason why you should. But I remember you. I was one of the people you had confined to one of your little covid concentration camps. Now please hold still. This syringe is going to fix everything that's wrong with you."

"Trust me. I'm a doctor."

What I hear about current NZ is sad. I once lived in NZ for 10 years and knew several 'real blokes'. I can't imagine that they are happy about how the country is being run.
