Test postitivity peaked in January, then there was guidance on how samples should be handled, and there was a 2/3 reduction of new cases in the dead ass of winter when the fully vaccinated rate was .3% to under 6%. The all time global test positivity rate is roughly 6.1% and hasn't really ever swung above 8 or 9 throughout the whole time I've been monitoring it. They are going to use cohort/batch testing to keep the test rate high in 2022.
