It isn't deleted. Here it is as well as archives of it:

Found it by running a search for a portion of the text and found this guy who retweeted that tweet. Just scroll down a few posts and you can see it.

Thank you. I was curious if it was deleted or if it was potentially a fake image as well. I'm glad I was able to find and provide a source showing it was neither. It's nice to see people standing by what they said and not quickly deleting comments like these after posting them.
